What is the turn around time to receive my gallery?
When should I book my session?

For both my Cake Smash Session + Regular sessions, my turn around time to receive your final Gallery is 3 weeks after the day taken.
You will receive a Soft Gallery one (1) week after your session to view only and select your favorites. Once you have selected your favorites, it can take me 1-2 weeks to send your final edited gallery.
Regular session: I recommend reaching out as soon as you know what month you want your session. It takes me 3 weeks after the day we have your session to send you the final edited gallery. I usually book for session 2--3 months in advance.
Cake smash session: I recommend emailing me at least 2-3 months before you are wanting your photos. We schedule your cake smash session for when your little is 11 months to receive finished gallery before actual birthday. With that in mind, you can reach out anytime between 6 months old - 10 months old to make sure I still have availability. If you woluld like to book our Bundle offer with "Sitter + Cake Smash" please reach out when your little is around 4 months old the latest.
My outdoor sessions are scheduled one hour before the sun sets. Time varies depending the month your session is booked.
For an indoor Cake Smash session they are more flexible and are usually only scheduled Saturdays & Sundays in the morning (9 AM- 3 PM). If you need a weekday, do not hesitate to reach out as sometimes I am able to open up a weekday.
No, once you are ready to reserve a spot, you will just need to pay a $200 non-refundable retainer fee which will be deducted from your total. The remaining balance will be due the week of the session.

Yes, I will give you options of different locations where I have photographed before for you to choose. There might be a travel fee depending on the package you get if its outside of Fort Worth.

Our cake smash session take place in my in-home studio located in Fort Worth, Texas 76140. I do not travel for cake smash sessions.
The theme must be decided at least 2 weeks before your session date to ensure I have enough time to plan + prepare your set up.
Yes. However, there won't be a background set up or anything. The images will be taken sitting in front of the cake smash background you decided on. If you intend in doing this, please let me know at the time of booking.
Yes. Approximately one week after your cake smash session, I will send a soft gallery for you to view and select your favorites. At that time, you are able to purchase the full gallery or extra images. Please keep in mind that the fee for the extra images is due at the time of ordering and must be paid in order for us to begin editing your gallery.
Unfortunately, no. My space is very limited and only 2 adults fit comfortably.
If your little one has known allergies, I will NOT provide the cake. I will give you a $15 credit for you to purchase extra images at the time of viewing. In this case, parents are required to bring their own cake or no cake at all.
